~ About Antibes Guide ~

Our love affair with Antibes started in 1979 when, as a young backpacker, Julie (that’s me) found herself accidently in Antibes. It was with itchy feet and the knowledge that one day she would return and settle in this beautiful town on the French Riviera that she continued on her travels.

Many years later (in 2002) I was back, this time with my husband. Even though I had continued to travel through Europe and had visited so many wonderful towns and even lived long term in a few, returning to Antibes after such a short visit so many years earlier was like returning home. We knew that we would be spending a lot of time in Antibes and so we bought an apartment (well two actually). We have since spent so much time here that we thought we’d like to share our love and knowledge of Antibes and so in 2008 www.AntibesGuide.com was born.

Our vision is to build the website into an informative and useful guide to Antibes for visitors to this beautiful and historic resort town on the Cote d’Azur. The website is supported by advertising that is relevant to travel, accommodation and leisure activities in Antibes and the region of Provence-Cote-d’Azur.
